1991 Toyota Previa is not starting. Checked EFI relay, fuses, wires,

distributor, ignition spark, EC computer. 1991 Toyota Previa is not starting. Checked EFI relay, fuses, wires, distributor, ignition spark, EC computer all is good. Checked parts from/in another vehicle. Right after cranking the key for about 5 seconds, strong gas odor is noticeable and spark plugs are flooded. It seems injectors are fully open. However, no electronic problem component is know. Please advise.
