1991 Toyota pickup belt replacement?

Their isn't a tensioner for the fan, alternator, water pump belt, how do you get the belt on?

I was going to loosen the alternator but decided to look first
 
look for a long threaded bolt. there also is a bolt that runs horizontal to it. start by loosing that" dont remove it" then turning the real long bolt to loosen the belt your taking off. and if your new belt queaks you need to tighten it more. good luck
