When driving, especially but not necessarily when I hit a bump, the car's electrical components will all simultaneously lose a lot of power - i.e. the a/c becomes less cold (but continues blowing), the radio gets quiet, the windows & sunroof are much slower to open or close. Also at the same time, several dummy lights on the dashboard come on (low battery, put your seat belt on, handbrake engaged, headlights on) unnecessarily, i.e. battery charge is okay, seat belt is on, handbrake is down, headlights are off. I would like to know, is this an issue with the wiring or a fuse? If so, can I easily do this myself or should I take it in for service?
