I have a 1991 toyota 4 wheel drive truck. I had the transmission,clutch replaced 2 years ago. My nephew borrowed it now there is a hole in my transmisson on the bellhousing upper left next to the exaust. It is driving and changing gears ok but there is a clanking noise. Any idea what caused this? thanks
