1991 honda civic won't start after tune up. ran fine before. new plugs,

coil, dist. cap, rotor, oil? when replacing spark plugs one broke, had to drill out and install insert. with plugs connected to wires can see spark getting all way to end of plugs. 'seems' to have fuel getting to cylinder. tried starter fluid just in case, but still won't fire up. when drilling had cam cover off and timing belt looked intact.

before spark plug removal and replacement ran fine, after will not start. is there something i could have bumped that would keep it from starting?
