1991 Honda Accord Turn Sigal NOT Working?

Dont Know What Happend Was Installing 2 Amps For My Subs In My Car And My Turn Signal And Hazard Lights Stop Working..My Hazard Uses 10A Fuse When I Checked It Was Blown..I Put 3 Other 10A Fuse And They Kept Blowing After 3 Blinks.SO I Put 25A And Its Holding Up,,BUT My signal Still Arnt Working.. The Fuse It Fine.. PLEASE HELP..right now im looking for some "flasher relay"...WHATS WRONG?!?!
 
wow im stumped on this one, that's the same car i drive, and i was gonna say change the fuses but if you have already done that, then i am very stumped unless you need a higher amp fuse but i think a 25 is more than enough...so sorry i couldn't help
