Where is the 1991 Accord fuel pump? If it's in the fuel tank does the tamk need to be lowered to gain access or is there a door in the trunk? I'm looking at buying one and the guy says it won't run because it needs a fuel pump. I see in other answers people mention the "fuel pump relay." Is there a way to check that with an electric meter? Thanks!
StevenK-thanks for the quick answer! Pedro-I agree with you to nEVER buy a car that's not running. I have bought 5 or so in the past and have had good luck. Usually there are tell tail signs that a car is good or not. This one is high milage and maybe he's covering up that the enging is JUNK! Thanks for the warning!!!
