I have a 1991 ford probe and the windshield wipers only work part of the time I think its the motor going out but I'm not really sure so I'm asking for some advice. The only fuse I can find under the dash is the rear wiper fuse I pulled all the fuses the other day and they started to work but they only moved up and little then they would go back down when you turned them off then I started taping the motor and then they started working I got in my car a little while ago and tried to clear the snow off and they wouldn't even move a little bit. I popped the hood and tried taping the motor again that didn't work but the motor was warm.Any advice here would really help thanks
Thanks for the advice

Check your owners manual to see which fuse controls what. If there's no windshield wiper fuse under the dash, there's, more than likely, another fuse box in your far. Common fuse box locations are under the dash (driver and passanger), on the side of the dash (open doors to locate, both sides), and under the hood (generally off by the fenders. Locate the windshield wiper fuse and make sure it's still good. If it is (which it seems to be since they still move) it's more than likely your switch or motor.
