1991 Ford F150 Trouble?

I was trying to install a car stereo and blew a fuse, now my truck won't start...its like the engine just wont turn over. I checked the fuse box and replaced the blown fuse and it still wont turn over....what could be the problem? Thanks for your help.
 
u probably also have an alarm and it needs to be reset. oh and there are also more fuses under the hood to check.
