1991 Dodge Caravan not runnable?

My husband has a 1991 Dodge Caravan 3.3 Liter. It has ran fine with no problems for years. Yesterday he went out to go to work and it would start but not stay running unless you continually pumped the gas. The air cleaner is good, fuel filter on less than a month as regular maintenance. He has cleaned the battery terminals. Catalytic converter less than 2 years old. Fuel Pump is engaging and running. You can not even drive the van. We have changed the Idle Air Relay, the Fuel Relay and the Throttle Position Sensor. Can you give me advice as where to look next?
 
I agree with the other two posters... check the fuel pump for both pressure AND volume.
 
Been there, done that on an '89 Caravan. Drove it 10 miles home while constantly pumping the gas pedal! Ran a few red lights to avoid having to come to a stop. Right leg almost fell off when I finally made it home.

It wound up being a bad MAP sensor.
 
Could either be a spark or fuel pressure problem. When was a good tune up done? Just because you hear the fuel pump running doesn't mean it is building enough pressure to operate the engine properly.

Fuel filter was changed as part of regular maintenance? Before this, when was the last time it was changed. I agree with the previous poster, you dont check fuel pressure by listening for a hum or fuel pump noise, you check it with a gauge and compare specs from alldata or mitchell. Why is your husband swapping out so many parts and not fixing the problem when he has no clue to what he's doing, that's a waste of money. I would get it to a shop so somone that knows what they are doing can take a look at it.
