R Ryan New member Jan 10, 2011 #1 1991 chrysler lebaron gtc convertible, fuse #25 was empty, put a fuse in it(20a) and with the keys being OUT of the ignition the inside lights turned on along with the radio, what caused this and is it a problem? if so, how do i fix it.
