1991 Chevy Cavalier?

i own a 1991 Chevy Cavalier 4Cyl 2.2L Throttle Body Injecket motor and the timeing Tenstor broke and make the motor jump time a few friend of mine told they think thes motor bent the vavle is that true? and if so once i retime the car will the motor still start if the vavles are bent? or what will happening?


Please Help!
a buddy of mine offed me a Used Cyl Head for the car if i replace the head would the car run or dose it hurt the Cyl wall's also?
