1991 Chevrolet Silverado need, help ?

When you stomp the accelerator to the floor it pops and back fires. If you unplug the est bypass connector and stomp the accelerator it works perfect. I have tried resetting the computer. It has a new distributor, idle air sensor, throttle position sensor, plugs, coil, distributor cap, Roter button, & computer. What could the problem be, Thanks for any help.
 
Have you tried testing your knock sensor and esm module. Mine was misfiring at about 2500rpms. After that my check engine light came on. I checked the aldl and it had a knock sensor fault, replacing the sensor fixed it. (white plug is manual tranny black is automatic), Also Have you changed or modified your air cleaner-filter?
