1991 Buick Park Avenue Good or bad?

I am looking to buy a used car. I found a 1991 Buick Park Avenue. It has 136,000 miles on it, no rust, and the owner states that it has no known issues. Has a 3.8 L 6 cylinder. The price is 2,700. Is this a deal or a bust?
