1990 toyota Camry Coolant Leak?

My Camry leaks coolant from a pin hole on the engine block next to the alternator bracket that bolts to the engine block. The coolant weeps out of the small 1/16 size pin hole when the engine isn't running and streams out while running. I can't tell if it is a bleed hole of some sort. I can't get to it without removing the alternator bracket and if I plugged it up would something else go wrong. Thank you for any info
