1990 Suzuki DR250 Dual Sport. Curise speed?

How fast can a 1990 Suzuki DR250 Dual Sport cruise at? (Road obviously) But, like, can it handle the highway without cooking the engine?

I had one. You can do about 60 mph for as long as you feel like it.

If you have not already bought it, be aware that most of those kick start DR 250 and 350 are friggin BEARS to start. In 93 they fixed them.

You would have to change the sprocket gearing to constantly run at highway speeds. Go to this site below and enter the relevent info of your machine into the calculator and it will tell you what you need to do! There is no "pre-loaded info available for the DR250 so you will need to know your Primary Drive ratio & your rear tyre size.
