I bought a 1990 Lincoln "Town Car" with 50K miles in February. It is in beautiful condition. Now has around 60K miles. But I have now noticed the transmission is slipping during acceleration or sometimes when I have to add power during inclines. Any suggestions on the cause? I have only changed the oil, no transmission oil changed yet. Is there hope less than a couple of thousand bucks??
