1990 jeep wrangler how good is it?

I have been looking at this 1990 Jeep wrangler 6 cylinder, manual. I am 16 and never owned any car. They are asking $3000!!!!! No way will they get that much. It has a 2007 license plate on it. So I don't even know if it runs. HERE are some pictures...

Awesome, but too expensive. 4.0 is awesome engine. Unless it is perfect and below 100k miles, only worth $2000.
 
2000 tops, my cherokee which has the same engine has 430,000 daily driver miles, they are good engines
