1990 jeep cherroke 6cyl.?

i have a 1990 jeep cherokee 4x4 straight 6, problem is when i try to start it, it wants to turn over but cant seem to start, changed rotor and cap along with coil and a hotter spark plug. i can hear the fuel pump and spark plugs have fuel on them so its getting fuel.
 
You check your fuel pressure at the fuel rail? Should be around 50psi, if your have very low psi or none at all you probably need a new fuel pump or sending unit.
 
it might be getting too much gas and flooding itself. check the fuel pump regulator, but first make sure your getting good spark at the plugs.if no spark, it could be the module or coil.
