Well I have a 1990 Dodge Dakota 4 cylinder with Throttle Body and like forever ago I was driving after a week of rain and my passenger was like take the back road, well thanks to the dumb-ass. I went through a good amount of water (just to give you a back story..) a day later the truck wouldn't start...sad to say I'm just now getting to it. If i put some gas in the Throttle Body, It'll start but run more then 25secs before dying out. so I unhooked some lines to the throttle body and rolled it over to see if gas was getting to it..and nothing so basically I have 2 main Questions.. 1st How hard would it be to check if I have power to it or if a line is plugged?(and don't say check the fuse my owners book doesn't say there is one for it) and 2nd How hard would it be to just put a Manuel Fuel Pump?
Uhh I forgot to tell you this. I replaced the fuel pump..and do you think you could give me some pics of where it should be?.. I used chilton and it didn't help at all and I can take it into auto-class because it's full at the moment.
