Hello,
My 1990 Dodge Dakota Sport 4x4 5-Speed 3.9L V6 will start and idle for a little but and then the rpm's slowly drop down until it eventually stalls. It runs fine once it is running and moving, just does this when the truck is left alone idling.... I dont know what this is PLZ help!

Well its not the air cleaner, i ran it with none and still does the same thing. Im not car illiterate, but it sounds to me something to do with a vacuum leak or timing advance module.
