I was driving down the interstate and my car shut off. Right after shutting off the speedometer jumped and remained at 85 (still is there), my stereo, along with all other accessories turned off. I replaced the ECM/PCM and that did not change anything. I later diagnosed that anything with "Switched +12 Volts" aka accessory power is lost. The car will not crank, whenever I turn key nothing lights up, or makes sounds. I had my battery and alternator checked out and both checked good. Would it perhaps be the RAP relay? I think it's relayed accessory power... I'm lost and out of clues. Thanks for you help.
Also, I turned the key to the "ON" position, no dash lights lit up or anything, and I was able to crawl under the car and jump the solenoid and turn the car over. It whipped right over but didn't even want to start. Before all this happened it would start in one turn.
