1990 buick park ave not firing?

what would cause a 1990 buick park ave to not fire on #3 and #6 cylinders,i've replaced all plugs,wires and coil pack and it still wont fire on the two cylinder i've mentioned and i need to fix it cause i'm sick and tired of being my mother-in-laws personal taxi,please any help will be greatly appreciated.thanks
 
It is possible that you may have gotten some bad plugs. Yes it does happen. I had bought a new set of plugs once and out of the set of eight there were two that wouldn't fire in any cylinder. The remaining new plugs were fine however. The two bad plugs looked normal... Couldn't see anything wrong with them at all. Sometimes a bad head gasket can also be the fault on that side of the cylinder. Or also maybe some bad pistions like a crack in the pistions or a cracked or broken compression ring as well. You may also have some bad fuel injectors as well. Also maybe a bad crankshaft timing sensor as well. One other thing to consider is this... You may have some bad valves on #3 and #6 cylinders... Possibly sticking, burned, or maybe even warped, or even bent. Any or all could cause the problem you are having.
