1989 Toyota Supra Turbo.?

It has 150K miles on the chassis, and it had a 1JZ engine put in it a year ago, along with the matching 5 Speed transmission. It was this guys daily driver, and it is a twin turbo. Its up for $4500, should I buy it.
 
a 89' supra that is a twin turbo! that car would fly! because it is lighter than the newer models, but the 1jz is a great engine, it is very reliable, the name says it all! that engine is more reliable than the r22's!!!! if i knew were it was at i would buy it!!! lol, those engines had very little to no problems!
