Is there any way to test a starter? I have a 89 Supra that I don't drive much, and lately when I would try to start it, it would click, (one click not multiple) but not turn over. After a few tries, it would start. Yesterday I couldn't get it started at all. It has a new battery. I just don't want to dump out money to replace it when it could be something more simple.
