It will not stay idling without holding the pedal down. It acts like its trying to "load up". If I drive it down the highway it runs good for the most part (occasionally misses out but nothing serious). I have replaced the timing belt, air filter, plugs & wires, distributor cap, both fuel filters, drained the gas tank, ran some water remover through the tank, and sprayed the carburetor with carburetor cleaner.

I'm an automotive technician, but I'm having difficulty getting my test equipment to accurately test your car from here. Perhaps you should bring it in to the shop.

It's fuel injected. Since it doesn't have a carburetor, stop spraying cleaner into the throttle body.

you should have just saved your money and had a mechanic check it out the first time.
