89 ranger 2.3l 4cyl 5spd with ac 296xxx miles
my ranger has been over heating lately and i've noticed that there's a coolant leak pouring down the bottom of the engine and can't tell where it's coming from. could it be a water pump seal? there's no coolant mixing with the oil. also, just last night it seemed like the thermostat wasn't even opening because the overflow tank was holding coolant but the radiator was next to empty.
any suggestions other than getting another ride?
