1989 chevy G20 sportvan wont stay running in drive or reverse.just stalls

and i gave it a tune up.any ideas? i put new plugs,cap and router and fuel filter in it and it wont stay running.but it starts up fine.i was reading it may be a vacuum leak.is that possible?when i put it in drive it stays running but the moment i give it gas it stalls.please help me. thank you
didnt know howto comment back ,but im gonna try the vacuum hoses and then hit the presure guage after if it didnt work.thank you all for the help,greatly appriciated :D
