i just bought a used 89 century wagon. i bought it off an old lady who's husband bought it brand new so she had something to run errands with. its got just under 90 thousand miles, and was serviced regularly (husband was a mechanic) but has sat for a year or so since he died.
i got it home, swapped out the old battery, changed the fluids and it started up with no problems.
but the interior lights (overhead light and lights under the dash) stay on all the time, whether the key is in the ignition or not. other than pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
and it's not cause a door is open either, i checked.
