when i go to start the engine it does not turn over i hear a click on the passenger side fender well starter relay ive replaced two starters a negative cable positive terminal new battery and a starter relay. but i go to jump start the truck it starts right up. i take it to a mechanic and the problem never happens. if anybody can help email me the last two things could be in my eyes is the ignition switch or the clutch pedal switch.
