we just replaced every part of the clutch assembly tore it back down double checked everything and reassembled every thing with the same result i need this truck up and running by monday please any help
we have bled the crap out of it double checked that the lines are tight and yes the pressure plate is on correctly also the clutch disk is in correct. when not started it goes thru all the gears with the clutch in and out when the truck is running it will not go in any gear

Are you POSITIVE that you didn't put the pressure plate in backwards?

Not an uncommon mistake.

Make sure you check your master cylinder for leaks... Sounds to me like you got a pocket of air in your clutch system. Id pump the crap out of your clutch until you get the air out. If that doesnt work bleed the lines. or it could be your push fork isnt moving or somthing, Check your levels and pump your clutch, is the clutch soft? Mushy?
