Hello, I have a 1988 Dodge Ram D100, TBI 5.2l V8. When I start it up, it doesn't matter how warm or cold, it revs very high, in the 2200 range. I live in a cold climate and don't want my engine revving that high below 0*. As soon as I shut it off, i can start it right back up and it wont rev high but if i let it set for a couple seconds there is this noise, like something closing and then when i start it up it revs high again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
