new t-stat.? 1987 jeep cherokee chief... had radiator rebuilt as fluid kept overflowing any time you'd turn the car on from the overflow after just moments. I reinstalled the radiator and replaced t-stat and it continues to overflow out the overflow. engine compression tested fine. this vehicle does not have a radiator cap on the radiator itself but is filled through the overflow cap. tried to run it without cap to see if any air blockage would work its way out. still continues to just move the radiator fluid to the overflow and spill out. any ideas on what could be done or what needs to be replaced?
