How can i fix my accelerator it get stuck when i push it forward.My dad fell and hit the accelerator now it get stuck every time.Is their a way i can fix it so it won't get stuck.When you push it forward it get stuck unless you push it the accelerator backwards it get unstuck.
were is the spring suppose to be
 
Look it over carefully.
Is the return spring still in place?
Something got bent in that fall and is jamming the control?
Check all the levers and links.
It's dangerous to operate in that condition.
If you can't fix it take it to some-one who can.
