Hi
I have a 1987 Ford Ranger with a 2.9L V6. The truck was driven for a while (75,000 miles) when it was first purchased. The truck quit on me so we put it in a field, where it sat for seven years. My son gets his license soon, so I replaced the battery and fuel pump and changed the oil and it started right up. It has not stopped running for nine months, and we have gradually been replacing things (brakes, frame bolts, etc.). About a week ago, the truck started blowing white smoke from the exhaust. It smells like something is burning sometimes and the radiator is losing water rapidly, coming out through the exhaust. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Thanks
