Hi I have a 1987 Ford Ranger XLT that I am putting a 302 V8 engine into. Would this pass the VIRGINIA emissions test? Or would I need a catalytic converter? If so, how would I install this with headers?
Get two converters or you'll have to run two pipes from your headers to one converter than out the back. This wouldn't sound like you want it too. I don't know the virginia test thing. I would do it myself if it was my project and leave the converters on the street.
