1987 dodge 318 intake manifold?

What is the torque for setting the intake back in the engine ? I know the rotation pattern but not the Ft/lbs
I live so far away from any civilization that's why I use this forum
also the whats the setting for the rocker arms ? I set them at 40 ft/lbs and can still spin many of the pushrods
 
intake manifold are normally at 45 to65 ft lbs. Go to your local library and see if they have a repair manuel that you can look it up in
