whenever i keep my foot steady on the gas , maintaining a steady speed, i hear and feel the blazer pull and then go back to normal every 10 seconds or so, and a slight step up in the rpm's, almost as if im pushing down on the gas then letting go. anyone know what could cause this, iv had work done recently, full tune up, new plugs, cap, rotor, coil, dist. assembley, 02 sens, pcv valve, ect. ??
