1986 ford f150 with 351m turns over but wont fire gets lots of fuel ...?

Check your ignition Module sounds like you might not be getting power to the spark plugs.

No spark? Check coil. Check distributor. Check ignition module. Maybe even check for a crankshaft position sensor (those can be the hidden cause of no spark conditions).
A broken timing chain could stop the distributor from spinning, and thus keep it from sparking. You might remove the cap and see if it spins when cranking on the engine.
