1985 toyota 4 runner is not getting gas after sitting in garage for a couple of months?

Was running great when I pulled it in the garage. I changed the fuel pressure damper due to leakage (why I parked it) and now it's not getting any gas. It's been sitting for a couple of months. I put the old damper back in and still no gas. What could be wrong?
 
your fuel has likely gummed up. You can try putting a fuel stabilizer into the gas tank but by now it is likely to late. Your gasoline has water in it.

you can try siphoning the gas out and replacing it with new gas.

Another problem is that the battery is not delivering power because a it has discharged or b it is dead.
