1985 Toyota 22RE Starting/EFI Problem?

Ok, the other night when I ran to the store and came back out, I started my truck and started backing up it stalled and would not crank, but I got it to crank maybe a few minutes late and it only ran 2 marks above 0 on the Tach, and it spit and sputtered then it went dead and would not crank the rest of that night. The morning after I went out and cranked it and when it turned over I hammer the gas and it crank and ran as smooth and perfect as it could for the whole day, and did the same thing that night as well and the morning after that it ran fine for the whole day(today) and when I went to go somewhere this evening it barly turned over and hit and ran rough for a few mins and i finally got it to catch and it picked up and ran fine. I have replaced the fuel pump, and filter. And it still does it, any ideas, and the air volume sensor is good, sometimes the diagnostics give code 6 & 11. Someone please help me here
