1984 ford f-150 4x4 8cyl... Makes a loud and annoying noise when i turn?

When i turn my truck at slow speeds it makes a loud squeaking sound....what could be the problem?

Also my steering has about four inch's of play...how can i fix this problem...any ideas?

I replaced the tie rod/ends/ball joints and the pitman arm...and it has not changed a thing:(

HELP!!!
