1984 ford 302 sitting for 9 years?

There is a 84 lincoln with a 302 and getting the car for free. He says the motor ran great but hasn't ran for 9 years. I'm hoping I can put a new oil pump in her and prime the motor and start it. Should it run good? The car is 90,000 miles.
Ive had good luck in the past with a 302 mustang that sat for 5 years.
 
you have a pretty good chance you might want to put in new plugs also and change the oil and for free give it a try.i also have had good luck with the 302
