1984 Cadillac Eldorado - good car?

I'm looking to buy a new car. Found this 1984 Cadillac Eldorado - two seater with 60,000 miles. It's in good condition, AC doesn't work, but no dents or scratches. Woman selling it was hoping for $4000 but she said she is very negotiable on that price - she knows she won't get that much.

I have no clue about cars - just wondering if its 1. a good car and 2. what price you would but it for.

I meant to saw its a two door - it can seat four.
