1983 Chevrolet Camaro. Front Brakes not working. Fluid not coming out of hose....

...Pedal is hard? When i pump the pedal it is hard and no fluid is coming out of the hose. Im thinking it is the hose...that they are collapsed....and the built up pressure is causing the pedal to be hard....I am hoping that it isnt the brake booster or the master cylinder. Can someone please help???
