Hey i have a fantastic buick regal and me and my friends are turning it into a low rider and we are on a budget of around 6,000 we are all 16 n we have painted it rebuilt the engine sittin on some 13's 100 spoke rims, did the interior new bucket seats!!! =) all we wanna get is some hydraulics to complete it hehe i just wanna no were i could get the best n and good price around my range i live in west covina california Thanks!!
