Hello. I have a brand new battery just installed about a month ago on my bike. I took great care to make sure it was charged perfectly the first time to make sure it would last. Now, after a month of riding my bike I noticed that it is dead. I have ridden my bike nearly everyday and even a long trip this past weekend and it has fired up each time. So I guess after so much riding it just wore the battery out and now I need to charge it up. My question is... shouldn't this bike charge up the battery when I'm riding it? Is there some sort of Alternator or Magneto that might not be working properly? I am just going to charge it back up w a trickle charger but I'd like to see if I don't have to have this ritual once a month from here on out. Thanks for anyone's input!
