Problem with a vacuum line, choke still in full choke position. Those are my guesses based on what you have provided. Without actually seeing what you are talking about, and evaluating the vacuum lines or the carb work, it is difficult to say.
I have had the 2 carbs apart and cleaned and checked and everything else.The slides work fine,no burs or anything.My question is,why when I start it does it idle good for about 15 seconds then race up to 4 grand without even touching the throttle?
