1980 ford pinto turbo project?

im rebuilding the head to my pinto and i wont to put a new pro cam in it.....im putting a turbo on it in the near future and was wondering if i need a special type of cam for a turbo engine.....is i need a special one suggestions would be nice.....and if i don't thay would still be nice.
