Hello,
I am interested in purchasing flush mount teardrop (LED or not) assemblies to replace the old square detached taillights from my 1979 dodge lil red express truck. I just need reverse light and am not really sure which way to go with this. I live in california, and don't even really know if me changing these lights out is legal or not. So sorry for all the questions but i'm trying to have all the lighting needed in the rear, so a police officer doesn't see a problem. They are going to be flush on fender and I think if they or a turn signal at least can't be seen from the side, I might get pulled over. I am not sure whether or not I'll get into trouble for doing this, anyone have any prior experience in this subject? Do any of you know if these are DOT approved?
